Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day.

1 Shipping & Delivery
1.1 When will I receive my order?

 Please allow us 2-4 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery.  
*Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. 
We do not offer signature confirmation. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

1.2 How will my order be shipped?

Standard shipping for orders in the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email used with your PayPal account after your order has been processed for mailing. Updates on package destination is available through the USPS site.  

2 Returns & Exchanges
2.1 How can I return product?

Please contact us info@aboutthegoods.co for all order and return inquiries.  We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication - please also provide your "reason for return/exchange."


Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, along with any fees that PayPal may apply.

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.

If a product is defective, it may be replaced with a new product (if the item is still in stock and available) at no additional cost.

3.1 What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

3.2 Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

3.3 How secure is the store?

All payments are processed via PayPal, one of the most trusted payment gateways in the world. PayPal uses the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your details are protected. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.

3.4 Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We are not offering wholesale pricing at this time.
